Full-liquid ASU is an air separation plant that directly produces liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen. Usually, it mainly produces liquid products, and does not produce or produces a small amount of gas products. Full-liquid air separation uses international advanced software to calculate and design the air separation process. The main types are low pressure circulation process, low pressure circulation process with low temperature chiller, medium pressure circulation process, and medium pressure double expansion process. Application range of full-liquid air separation equipment: gas companies, iron and steel smelting, non-ferrous smelting industry, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, aerospace and other industries.
