Product Profile

The basic principle of vacuum desorption pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator is to use the difference of oxygen and nitrogen components in the air to balance the adsorption amount on the adsorbent and the characteristics that the adsorption amount increases with the increase of pressure and decreases with the decrease of the pressure, so as to realize the process of desorption from the air. Separation of oxygen-enriched. After the air is pressurized, it is fed into the bed with adsorbent. Nitrogen is first selectively adsorbed, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase due to less adsorption. When nitrogen is adsorbed and saturated in the adsorbent bed, the adsorbent bed is evacuated and depressurized to desorb the nitrogen components and realize the regeneration of the adsorbent. Using two or more adsorbent beds and repeating the cyclic adsorption and desorption steps, the linked oxygen and nitrogen separation process can be achieved to obtain the desired oxygen-enriched product gas. Application scope of PSA oxygen production: iron and steel industry: blast furnace oxygen-enriched coal injection iron making, electric furnace steelmaking with oxygen blowing, etc.; non-ferrous smelting industry: crude copper oxygen-enriched smelting, crude lead oxygen-enriched smelting, etc.; chemical industry: oxygen-enriched fermentation etc.; environmental protection industry: pollution treatment, etc.; paper industry: oxygen bleaching, etc.
